The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.
Members in attendance were Angela Fink, Cerstin Baranowski, William Moser, Mike Loquercio, Kim Miller, Dana Cichanski, Catilin Wlezien, Ali Chmiel, Sarah Healy, Diana Kim, Maricela Fernandez, Janet Jordan, April Kamzol

Past Events
Spring Fundraiser
The fundraiser did not do nearly as well as last year. We only sold 317 units. Our goal was 360. In order to get the 40% profit, the PTO purchased 43 units to be sold at upcoming events. The approximate net income will be $ 2000.00

Second/Third Grade Movie Night
Very successful Ð Madagascar 2
Profit was around $ 150.00
The noise and activity level was too high. Billy will make an announcement at the beginning of upcoming movie nights encouraging proper behavior and noise level. Volunteers will reinforce the rules.

School Dance Ð Friday April 3rd
Hawaiian Luau 6:30pm-9:00pm
The student teachers are organizing this event.

Music: First half hours Ð Hawaiian/Beach Boys
Welcome Sign: Inside, front entrance palm trees & flowers
All students will help with decorations and the Ambassador students
will be asked to help with the set up and volunteering at the event.
April Kamzol and Jen Mullin are Co-Chairing the event from the PTO side.
Jen Mullin is coordinating the volunteers for the food sale, security, etc
Food Sale will consist of Pizza, Pop, Water and donated baked goods.
Angela will design the flyer and it will go out this week and once again right after Spring break
DJ will be Jeff Parcell

Hearts in Motion Ð April 17th   7-midnight
The event is set for April 17th, 7pm until midnight at Rob Roy Golf Course in a casual setting.
The prize will be 15.00 per person. The rent for the room is $ 300.00 and includes one bartender for the entire evening. One extra bartender will be an additional $ 75.00 The goal is to stay at $ 7-8.00 per person for food. Several different restaurant options are being explored. Kim Miller finished the Theme Basket flyer and it was sent home with students this week. Bill is working on collecting donations. Angela designed the flyer, which will go home next week in the ÒImportant MessageÓ envelope and two more times after spring break. Kim will design the program booklet, which will include the silent auction items. There will be no D.J this year but speaker music only Kim is still looking for volunteers for all areas of this event.

Yearbook Ð Kim Burgess
95 Yearbooks have sold to date. We are still accepting orders. Kim showed us a black and white pre-design. Maggie Riad did a great job in getting yearbook ads. We have some great sponsors this year.  28 squares have sold so far which covers two pages in the yearbook. Kim is waiting for the club photos. Photos have been provided by families from different events and will be included in the yearbook. Kim would like to thank everyone who has provided these pictures.

Other topics
Dance CommXion Studio is coming in on April 1st to present a program at 11am.
They will do a routine for about 5-10 min; the dance history will be discussed followed by another routine.
